About Ringtones in Voice Changer Plus

Creating a ringtone is easy when you follow these steps! Here’s how to create a ringtone and install it on your phone:
1. Make a recording:
2. Save the recording
3. Select the recording
4. Make ringtone
5. On your computer:
Apple has not provided a way to get a ringtone into the phone without going through a PC or Mac first.
If you don’t have the right hardware, don’t despair! You can still make ringtones using iTunes, but there are more steps involved and you have to use your PC. Send the recording by mail to your PC or Mac and then follow the steps in this link: How to Make Custom iPhone Ringtones for Free
1. Make a recording:
- Start Voice Changer Plus, select a voice, and press record
- Speak or record whatever it is you want to record
- Press stop
2. Save the recording
- After the voice is changed, press the blue save button
- Enter a name for the recording and press return
- Press Done to return to the main screen
3. Select the recording
- Go to the recordings screen by pressing the Recordings button
- Touch the name of the recording you want to convert into a ringtone
4. Make ringtone
- Press the “Share” button.
- Press the “Ringtone” button.
- Enter your email address and send the ringtone to your computer
- Alternatively, you can use iTunes File Sharing to get the ringtone to your computer, similar to iWork applications: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4088
5. On your computer:
- Open the mail and drag the ringtone attachment into iTunes. If you have trouble dragging the file, with iTunes already open, double click on the attachment to open it. By opening the file, it transfers automatically.
- You should see the new ringtone under library/ringtones
- Sync your phone the usual way (make sure sync ringtones is selected)
